- Full inspection of the thrusters condition and disassembly
- Full inspection of all internal parts, and overhaul with new relevant spares.
- Adjustment of backlash, gearwheels set, etc., and final assembly
- Perform pressure tests
- Overhaul according to recommended maintenance schedules
Inspection on the water:
- Backlash and tooth pattern verification – upper part
- Trust bearing clearance verification on the horizontal shaft – upper part
Inspection and overhaul in dock:
- Backlash and tooth pattern verification – upper and lower part
- Propeller blade seals exchange, Propeller shaft seals exchange
- Inspection of bearing clearance verification from the steering tube.
- Pressure testing off the intermediate section
- Azimuth thruster removal from the vessel. Upper, intermediate and lower part.
- Dis-assembly , checking of all internal parts, checking of supplied parts
- Backlash and pattern checks, pressure testing
- Assembly of Azimuth thruster and upper parts, installation on board and all other relevant tests.

SHAFTLINE PROPULSION
We provide the following services and spare parts:
CPP / FPP:
- Dismantling and assembly of propeller shaft, cpp and od-box, including inspections and overhauls
- Crank discs, sliding and piston rod dismantling, inspection, measurements and reconditioning and replacement
- Technical advise and support
Tail shaft line:
- Withdrawal of the propeller shaft.
- Aft and forward propeller shaft seals exchanging, seal bonding, including all other relevant services

STEERING GEAR

- Internal leakage tests, manoeuvring test.
